We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

How to Return

Follow these simple steps for a smooth return experience.

Start Your Return

Visit our Returns page and enter your order number and email address. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for return.

Print Your Label

Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label and securely pack the items in their original packaging.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at the carrier location indicated on the label. Make sure to keep the receipt as proof of return shipment.

Refund Issued

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2–3 business days), we'll process your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Original Packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Unused Condition

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. Final sale items are non-returnable.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return.

Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Intimate apparel and swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
